Inert Entry

One of the most dangerous confined space entries is when an inert atmosphere is present. Inert or “non-reactive” atmospheres are used to displace oxygen or other reactive gases when the presence of that gas presents an explosion risk to either the process being performed, or the compounds being stored.

Rakannusa has assemble arguably the largest local inert team. Equipped with sophisticated technology, our competent, and seasoned entrants could perform asset inspection, tray removal and catalyst unloading under irrespirable condition at minimum risks.

Dense Loading

In order to achieve optimum performance of media and highest possible yield, dense loading method have become increasingly popular option upon loading media into vessel/reactor.

Through this method, we are looking for more homogeneous media distribution where catalyst is loaded through a barrel by gravity and spread by whips. We also could achieve higher loading density compare to normal sock loading technique.

Sieving

Certain client requires us, Rakannusa to segregate their spent media. With our sieving equipment, we could separate the media according to its sizes and re-drum if needed.

This serves many purposes as the media could be reuse or resell depending on the objective of the client. This could give the spent media value added which benefit our client.
